One of the most visible and recognizable elements of Sagrada Familia are its towers.
Gaudí designed 12 lower towers, symbols of the apostles and six of greater height, highlighting one on all of them, the one which is representing Jesus Christ.
Outside, surrounding the building, you can admire the three facades that coincide with three key moments of the life of Jesus Christ: Birth and subsequent resurrection and glory.
The tower located on the Nativity facade is the most visited. This tower allows you to see the eastern part of Barcelona. Otherwise, the tower on Passion facade shows you the views of the most central part of the city. A view of the centre of Barcelona as you have never seen before.
As you can see, Sagrada Familia is a construction you can enjoy from all corners. Gaudí designed it with great detail to be admired from right to left and from top to bottom.
Select a modality, go out and see for yourself.
Important: Remember that the climb to the towers is by elevator, but the descent is made by stairs.
